I love it, Dude! Look, I won't even look at somebody's resume unless you're going to send me a video... We actually use the video as a way not to look at their Bio... People send me a resume... I have no interest in it... I don't really care where you've worked. I care first about how you present yourself. How do you dress? How do you talk? You know, how do you answer questions?... then I'll look at the resume and the Bio, and all the goofy stuff.

Kelvin's concept is definitely viable.
I have wasted so much time + money searching for staff on Seek & Indeed, often with no result. I also insist on applicants calling for more information, to vet them re: phone manner. The video would eliminate that step.
